Once order is placed, confirmation will be sent as a token of receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the price at the time of order confirmation.
For bulk orders, educational institutions, and government contracts, special pricing may apply and will be quoted separately.
We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, UPI, credit cards, and debit cards.
For credit accounts, interest may be charged on overdue amounts at 2% per month or as per agreed terms.
We deliver across India. International shipping is available for select publications.
Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on location. Express delivery options are available at additional cost.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery speed.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
For custom printing services, specifications must be provided in writing. Changes after production has commenced may incur additional charges. Proofs will be provided for approval before final production.
We maintain high quality standards for all our publications and printing services. Minor variations in color, binding, or paper quality are inherent in the printing process and do not constitute defects.
Customers should inspect products upon receipt. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Title to products remains with VGS Publishers until full payment is received.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or material shortages.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any quotation or order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sale of products.
